General Question on Account

Yes you have to register to access the learning materials 

When registering for an account you will required to create a username. It can be your name , where a username is taken try a different name or use your name combined with a number. 

After registering from the menu, you will be sent an email to reset your password to one you can easily recall. The password you set in the one you will use to log in

You can log in using the email you used during registration and the password you set after registration.

You can reset the password if you cant recall the password you set. To reset the password on the log in section just click  Lost your password 

Questions on Payments

Our courses are fairly priced , you will get value for money from our content. 

We have free courses as well. 

We accept payment via Mpesa. You can pay as you complete registering for a course, the process is automated once you make the payment and key in the transaction reference code you will be able to access the course.

Learning Delivery Methods

For every course we teach using; 

  1. Notes  
  2. Videos 
  3. Download 

On the lesson we have notes you can read through pertaining the topic , there are also videos you can watch on the practical aspect of the lesson.  We also have links to download templates you can use to practise. 

We also set assessment questions after every lesson and course to test your undertaking of the topic. Some of them you can be taken online while others you have to take them offline and submit at a later time. 

Every course has a discussion forum where you can post the question. The question will also be seen by others taking the course so that all can participate in the discussion.Â
