How to Register
The first thing you need to do is to create an account. If you have not registered you must register to access the course materials, registration is only done once.
Once you have registered you can then log in using the credentials you used during registration.
Buying a Course
Where the course you want to enrol is a charged course , you have to pay first to be able to access it. Payment method supported is Mpesa and its real-time , once you make payment you will be able to access the course.
Steps;
- On the Menu click Courses
- Select the course you want and click the button Buy this Course
- You will be redirected to the Billing page where you will be required to key in your details; Names ,Email and Mobile Number
- If you have an account registered you just need to log in
- You can use a coupon code to claim a discount
- Then you can Make payment using Mpesa
- Click on Place order to make an order
If the payment made was successful you will receive an email with the Order details and a payment Receipt
The button on the course will change from Buy this course to Unroll after the payment. Click Enrol to enrol for that course.
Accessing the Lessons and Videos
After completing payment on the menu click on Profile. You will be taken to your account dashboard where you can find list of courses enrolled and questions for the course.
The lessons are delivered through notes you can read and video tutorials you can watch. There are also templates you can download to practise after completing the lesson
Assessments
After completing every course there are assessment questions you will have to complete to test your understanding of the course you learnt.
The questions are simple multi-choice ; true or false and;fill in blank kind of questions.
Questions and Discussions
After completing course and you have any question, you can post them on the Topic Forums.
The forums acts as an online classroom where the tutor and those taking the course can post questions and respond to them.
Certificates
After completing a course and passing the assessment questions the system will automatically generate a certificate showing that you undertook the online course.
To get the certificate you click on your profile from the menu, then on the dashboard click on certificates. You can download the certificate as well as share it on social media profiles.
